Pr. Ebenezer is a well-known evangelist, singer, and preacher all over Tamil Nadu and in the Tamil speaking areas of Kerala. Presently resides at Vellaramkunnu (Near Kumily), Kerala, with his wife Sharmila and sons, Britonic and Andronic and serves the Lord in association with the Light of the Nations Ministries since 2016. He also serves as the Tamil Nadu State Coordinator and as a Council Member of the Light of the Nations Ministries.
Pr. Ebenezer was born in a CSI family at Vaguvurrai, Munnar. His father, Albert Raj, was a powerful evangelist who used to walk long distances to preach the Gospel to tea estate workers. Pr. Ebenezer has witnessed many miracles that happened at places where his father preached the Gospel.After completing the Higher Secondary school, he moved to Chennai to seek job and settle there.However, he accepted Lord Jesus Christ as his personal saviour and recieved the Lords call for doing his ministry in 1990 and got baptized in 1992. Later, he completed Theological Studies at the Bible Training Centre of Evangelical Church of India (ECI), Chennai. After studies, he came back to Kerala and started working independently among the estate employees similar to his fathers ministry. He got married and settled in Kumily and pioneered churches in the South East of Idukki district.
